Hi, I'm Pete
I'm a consultant and advisor to purpose driven leaders and teams.
I started my consultancy in 2018 to help leaders and teams across the sport and not-for-profit association sectors improve their business capability, think differently about strategy, and to break from the trap of 'just planning'.

I've consulted to organisations ranging from local clubs to large national associations, local & state government, and bring first hand experience as a former CEO of a not-for-profit member association.
About Me
I founded Purpose Driven Performance in 2018 with a vision to help improve the business capability of purpose driven organisations. With over 20 years experience across the sport and not-for-profit association sectors, I have worked as an Association CEO, Board Director and management roles across all three levels of government.
In an increasingly competitive environment, not-for-profits need to think with a business mindset. My approach is to work with leaders and teams to ensure there is absolute clarity of purpose, ensure the right governance systems and processes are in place, and to then develop strategies and growth opportunities that are in alignment with this purpose and will also deliver a greater community impact.
I have a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (Hons) and am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
