membership & product strategy

A national association required a review of their membership strategy to help inform proposed changes in the way the organisation interacted with their customer and membership base. The review unveiled significant strategic barriers that unless addressed would continue to compromise the potential for the association to drive a deeper engagement with both existing members and potential new customers. The resulting  strategy included the development of a high level Information, Communication and Technology strategy to support the broader engagement strategy in order to completely transform the position of the organisation in the market.
