About the Project
PDP was engaged by FIBA Asia to undertake a detailed governance and organisation performance analysis of the Basketball Association of Singapore.
The review assessed the organisations governance against Singapore Sports Council’s best practice principles, as well as their performance across planning, finance, human resource management, sport development and high performance. The review produced a comprehensive report consisting of a series of findings and recommendations identifying priority areas for action.
The adoption of these recommendations has seen progress made towards improvements in the organisations governance and a stronger strategic direction to drive participation in basketball and improved performance on the international stage.
