Board & Management Training & Development
Not for profit and community sector organisation's experience constant change and boards have all types of growing responsibilities and demands. Ensuring that the board, staff and volunteers understand their responsibilities is vital to success. PDP has delivered a range of governance education programs and strategic planning sessions to organisation's ranging from large associations through to completely volunteer clubs and community organisation's. For the past five years we have been the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries preferred governance education provider and have delivered our governance education programs nationally and internationally.
